Product Manager/Senior Product Manager Adchemy

Data is the foundation of everything we do here at Adchemy ? from identifying new business opportunities to increasing conversion rates and lowering operational costs. We?re looking for a top-notch Product Manager/Senior Product Manager to join our team to define the roadmap and drive execution of core data and reporting functions within Adchemy?s Actions business. The Product Manager will stay abreast of the competitive landscape, establish KPIs and build the underlying systems that measure and support scalable growth.
Responsibilities

Understand competitive offerings and key analytics & insights capabilities that can differentiate us from the market.
Be the cross-functional leader interfacing with Analytics, Sales, Operations, Engineering, Research and QA.
Define, prioritize and communicate product specifications, and manage major product milestones and success metrics.
Work directly with external customers, Sales and Operations to understand and organize user requirements, pain points, and opportunities using a combination of Agile user stories and PRD outlines.
Work closely with Engineering to execute on requirements and provide powerful data analysis and reporting solutions.
Ensure product development milestones are consistently met, assess status, and communicate broadly through a variety of channels.
Support customer needs (internal and external) and balance operational issues with long term product priorities.

Experience

2+ years of product management experience, preferably in the domain of online advertising and/or business intelligence
Background in the analysis and presentation of complex data is helpful
Experience writing user stories, PRDs, or similar technical requirements documents
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present to peers and executive staff
Willing and excited to 'roll up the sleeves' and get into the product details
Works well in a fast-paced, highly dynamic start-up environment
MBA or similar advanced degree a plus, but not required
