Mindspark is looking for a talented Product Manager with Online Shopping, Comparison Shopping Engine, or Points/Rewards program experience to join our Shopping team and expand our portfolio of innovative shopping products such as Coupon Alert and Price Finder.
Develop the product vision and strategy and drive product definitions balancing business needs and technological capabilities into strong end-user experience
Work closely with business development, analytics, and toolbar teams to devise a comprehensive roadmap to help support larger business goals
Measure product performance working closely with the analytics team to identify KPI?s, success metrics and areas for growth
Closely monitor the competitive landscape understanding the search marketplace, technology, business models, and end-user trends
Ownership of the Shopping products within the position
Responsible for managing product line communications with the different parts of the organization (operations, creative services, customer support, and product development)
Write product specifications and clear technical business requirements for products, which engineers will use for guidance when building
Develop and manage, together with marketing, customer acquisition, conversion, retention and reactivation activities including online & offline advertising campaigns
Monitor trends in the current market landscape
3-4 years of consumer internet product management experience
Experience with Comparison Shopping Engines (CSEs), Online Retail, Points/Rewards programs a plus.
Honed design and business judgment of what makes a product great (or not)
Proven track record of successfully guiding products through the lifecycle from conception to launch to evaluation
Able to organize, prioritize and apply complex concepts to project tasks, and succeed in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment
Prior experience working on technology integration projects and/or project management
Strong analytical, creative, and problem-solving skills
BA/BS or comparable experience
Strong technical skills with a passion for new technologies
