We're looking for an all-star product manager in our NYC office. The product manger will own brand ad solutions on our content platform, collaborating with all stakeholders including engineers, sales, media operations, and business analysts. Our product team is a small nimble forward thinking team. We want someone who is loved by all and can take ownerships of products and push out. Candidates must be extremely detail oriented, well organized, intuitive, and willing to work in a high-demand, self-starting environment where employees are encouraged to try new things.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
? Gathering requirements, writing user stories for our Media and Content Solutions business groups
? Lead sprint prioritization meetings, clear communication with all stakeholders including tech, account management, media operations
? Hold monthly show & tells ? clearly showcasing work that has been done to the greater organization
? Construct PRDs around major projects, develop compelling business cases
? Develop pricing and packaging strategies
? Team with technology and internal stakeholders to successfully deliver new initiatives
? Working proficiency with JIRA, team with tech on backlog organization
? Minimum 2 years experience in either an operational or product role.
? BA/BS required.
? Understanding of the nuts and bolts of user generated content and/or ad tech.
? Demonstrated ability to beat assigned deadlines consistently.
? Proven experience working with engineering teams to define requirements and delivery of products
? Superior attention to details, need to be able to filter out noise and simplify to the crux of the problems
? Proven ability to understand drivers of the business to prioritize product requirements and road map.
