Requirements
BA/BS in Computer Science or a related technical field is preferred (MS or PhD is a plus)
Product management or product design experience
Experience developing Internet products and technologies
Understanding of the email marketing and social networking space
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Excellent organizational and analytical skills
Strong abilities to empathize with customers and synthesize the solution
Responsibilities
Market research and analysis to determine strategic positioning and product roadmap
Work closely with engineering team to define user stories and check off implemented features (Agile Development)
Track the engineering progress and maintain the schedule
Develop and maintain close working relationships with external partners to successfully build and bring to market integrated solutions
Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samples
Be an expert with respect to the competition
Deliver a series of top-notch products that can sell itself
Relevant Work Experiences
Experience building marketing automation tools is a plus
Hands-on experience with e-marketing conversion rate
