This position will work closely with the Engineering team and is responsible for building products from existing ideas, and helping to develop new ideas based on the candidate?s industry experience and contact with customers and prospects. You must be business and tech-savvy, have a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality.Specific Job Requirements:
Manage the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities
Lead product design, development, and release process for assigned products and maintain the product development road map
Specify market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers.
Drive solution sets across development teams (primarily Development/Engineering, and Marketing Communications) through market requirements, product contract, and positioning.
Develop and implement a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute.
Perform product demonstrations at trade shows, online seminars, and other events
Analyze potential partner relationships for the product.
Identify and present innovative and creative engineering product solutions.
Project management of all product integration/launches/changes throughout implementation.
Monitor internal engineering processes for efficiency and validity pre & post product launch/changes.
Provide support for other departmental projects as needed.
Coordinate and build strong working relations with various internal organizations including; IT, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Product Development, & Operations.

Educational Requirements:
BS degree in Computer Science or Engineering
MBA preferred
Experience Requirements:
2+ years of hardware design experience as EE or ME on consumer electronic devices or equivalent experience as a software engineer
3 + Years of hardware/ software marketing/product management experience
3 years? experience in technical sales or equivalent experience desired
Equivalent relevant experience
