Product Manager, Therapist Adoption Clinicient
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED As Product Manager for Therapist Adoption, you will guide a team that is charged with easing therapist adoption of our EMR product, which is critical to our overall client satisfaction. This includes developing strategies and plans to increase the profitability and adoption of existing products as well as developing new products for the company. You will build products from existing ideas, and help to develop new ideas based on your industry experience and your contact with customers and prospects as well as understanding the needs and capabilities of the internal support teams at Clinicient. You must possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy; a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality. You must enjoy spending time in the market to understand their problems, and find innovative solutions for the broader market.
You must be able to communicate with all areas of the company. You will work with an engineering team to define detailed product release requirements. You will work with product marketing to contribute to the go-to-market strategy, helping them understand the product positioning, key benefits, and target customer. You will also serve as the internal and external evangelist for your product offering, working with the sales channel and key customers.
A product manager?s key role is strategic. It involves the ability to prioritize, make critical decisions, lead cross functional teams and communicate at varying levels of detail as required by the audience.
Manage the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities
Be an evangelist for the product and drive the vision of the product management team into the organization as a whole.
Formally gather and analyze feedback from Sales, Marketing, Support and Implementation to incorporate in future development decisions.
Specify market requirements for current and future product functionality by conducting market research supported by direct contact with customers and prospects.
Act as the Agile Product Owner and work with engineering on the tactical planning for iterative releases and creating and determining work packages that meet deadlines and deliver customer value.
Drive development of user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria in response to business requirements and needs.
Collaborate with product marketing to develop and implement a company-wide go-to-market plan for product releases, working with all departments to execute.
Support strategic sales efforts and work with product marketing to ensure that marketing assets and sales tools are effective and convey the proper messaging and brand experience.
Provide sales and support training, including assistance with product demos and other sales tools as needed.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
3+ years experience as a Product Manager or Sr. Business Analyst for a software company (B2B preferred)
3+ years experience in the healthcare technology field is desirable
Experience working for a company delivering a SAAS or BPO solution
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Above all, excellent communication skills. Must possess strong presentation skills and be able to communicate professionally in written responses to emails, RFPs, and when submitting updates.
The ability to prioritize key product issues. Identify risks, internally sell solutions, and enlist support from both technical and business audiences. This will be the cornerstone of getting work done at Clinicient.
Strong organizational skills
Careful use of process and documentation to ensure multiple audiences can track progress of the many balls circling in the air at any one time.

SCOPE AND ACCOUNTABILITY
The Product Manager will occasionally work directly with our customers and prospects including some domestic travel. The individual in this position will rely on problem solving and internal technical resources to complete tasks. They will often need to work without immediate supervision and without pre-defined processes to reach their goal. Priority and timelines will be immediately supervised.
This position is performed primarily in an office environment. Significant portions of the job require extended sedentary periods, constant work with computers (including extended period of keyboarding), and repetitive motion of hands and wrists.
