Product ManagerWe are seeking a Product Manager to help us design and manage our product, CircleBack. He/she will report directly to the CEO.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced product manager to design innovative products for an exciting startup!
Responsibilities
--Design products by capturing wireframes, user stories, use cases and screen concepts and flows
--Build a strong user community to gather feedback and evangelize the product
--Define, collect and analyze product usage metrics
--Define and evolve the product roadmap
We seek an outstanding talent who will bring the depth of academic and technical experience along with the personal qualities well suited for the challenge. The candidate should have a minimum of eight years professional experience in a product company or technical consulting firm.
Specifically, the successful candidate should possess:
Academic Experience
The candidate should have a minimum of a bachelor's degree in computer science, business or related field.
Professional Experience
--Six or more years experience in a business analyst or related role working on Web, Mobile or other software products
--Expert in drafting product specifications in an agile environment and working with engineers to translate these specs into code
--Strong oral and written communications with a knack for facilitating design sessions with internal staff and users
--Experience analyzing data and drawing insights to drive decision making
--Past programming experience is a big plus
