OrthoAccel Technologies, Inc., is a dynamic and growing company offering a new opportunity for an energetic, talented Product Marketing Associate Manager who has proven success in supporting new product or service launches. We are seeking a professional, self-motivated individual who enjoys working on finite details while engaging fully in product and marketing support for all end users. Our preferred candidate will have successful marketing and project management experience. He or she will have the knowledge to effectively apply marketing concepts to help engage professional and consumer audiences, create product awareness and promote the advancement of new orthodontic technology.
We are seeking an authentic team player who will work directly with internal and external sales teams to deliver necessary marketing support throughout nationwide territories. Our desired candidate will have a firm understanding and ROI reporting capabilities for online marketing strategies, SEA, SEO, PPC, viral marketing and website engagement. The candidate will be versed in creative website design, copywriting, email, promotions and affiliate marketing. The ideal candidate will also have background and experience in organic marketing and traditional media including print and direct mail.
The successful candidate will be able to manage multiple functions from concept to execution, and be able to provide qualitative, measurable outcomes. He or she will possess the ability to work extremely well with a wide variety of departments within the organization, as well as identify and build long-term, favorable relationships with key outside marketing partners.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage daily marketing communication material management and work closely with fulfillment vendors to ensure accurate product supply inventories and fulfillment processes
Oversee daily activities regarding current products, new product launches, product materials and sales support items
Direct the lifecycle management of current product marketing materials and Directions for Use (DFUs) including document layout, reviews, translations and approvals. Maintain controlled documents including DFUs and Labeling for all products
Manage and oversee digital Stock Keeping Unit (SKU) library for all product marketing materials
Manage membership rewards program deliverables
Help to build awareness, create demand generation and promote all OrthoAccel products to professional and consumer audiences
Liaison with product and sales teams to forecast sales material needs and ensure accurate material logistics
Coordinate and oversee distribution of all communicative material including advertisements, information kits, product support kits, brochures, newsletters and other marketing and promotional collateral
Work with organizational-wide teams to plan, manage and oversee all national, regional and state tradeshows, meetings and events
Continually recommend new communication methods and technologies to engage with internal and external audiences and to enhance the user experience
Help develop new brand guidelines and ensure adherence and compliance for all materials and activities from internal and external constituents
MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor?s Degree in Marketing or related field; Communications, Public Relations or Journalism preferred
Minimum of 5 years work experience in marketing communications and sales support; product marketing preferred
Minimum of 1 ? 3 years digital, online and social media marketing experience; product marketing and SAP knowledge preferred
