As a Product Marketer at Bullhorn, you'll use your analytical skills to draw insightful conclusions from qualitative or quantitative data. You'll research markets and competitors to decide what we do next and work with product managers to make it happen. You'll proactively seek out customers to listen to their needs, then translate and communicate those to the sales, professional services, and product teams through positioning and messaging. You'll aggressively and enthusiastically champion your products externally and internally, via story-telling through live presentations, webinars, blog posts, whitepapers, and on customer calls, so that you can meet business goals. Key Qualifications and Experience:
3+ years product management or product marketing experience within the software industry
Bachelors Degree in marketing or software-related technology field
Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and go-to-market strategies and programs
Experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) preferred.
Experience driving business results in a cross-functional team of Sales, Services, Engineering, and Marketing
Experience taking software products to market and growing product revenue year over year
Strong analytical skills
Strong attention to detail and the ability to execute on shifting priorities
Capable of presenting to an internal team of three or an external audience of thousands?to tell a story that they'll remember
The ability to translate technical features into business benefits
A love of interacting directly with buyers and customers to understand their needs and motivations to not only listen but also truly hear
