Gnip, the world's leading provider of social data, is actively seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager to contribute to both the strategy and execution of Gnip's product messaging as we rapidly scale our business

Do you thrive on creating big picture strategy and driving detailed execution? If so, join the Gnip marketing team to help design and drive product marketing from start to finish.
Define the positioning and messaging for a defined set of Gnip?s product offerings
Drive the creation of marketing assets that clearly communicate the benefits of Gnip's products and how they address specific customer needs
Conduct customer interviews to uncover key reasons behind usage and acceptance of product features
Analyze customer trends, as well as identify barriers of resistance to current product offerings
Drive the overall messaging and communication plan to Gnip customers and prospects
Deliver the communication plan for new product launches
Help train and educate the Gnip sales team on key benefits of new offerings
Collaborate with Gnip?s product team to understand the product roadmap and ensure new features/products/updates are effectively communicated
Work closely with the marketing team to execute against the product marketing plan
Qualified candidates must have strong product marketing skills, along with in-depth experience in conveying business and technical values to customers. An ideal candidate should posses some combination of the following skills and experiences:
3-5 years experience in marketing and/or product roles
1-3 years experience in a product marketing role for a software company
Solid analytical skills with an ability to quantify customer trends and patterns
Strong project management skills
Experience targeting and working with enterprise customers
Familiarity with social data
Strategic thinker who's looking to get their hands dirty with execution
Adobe InDesign and Illustrator experience
Marketing automation platform experience
