Product Marketing Manager Job Description
TOA Technologies new Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for the research, strategy and execution around TOA Technologies suite of mobile workforce management and field service solutions. He or she will develop concise, effective positioning and messaging to ensure that customers are interested in leveraging TOA products and understand to potential ROI of our entire product line. Working closely with our marketing team, this person will be responsible for the creation of high-quality sales enablement tools, ensuring that products and features are brought to market in an effective, efficient manner. He or she will ensure that product marketing strategies and go-to-market plans are executed on schedule and with high visibility.
The ideal candidate will have a solid track record of marketing success for a global enterprise software company. He or she will be expert in translating technical features into benefits, and will have a deep understanding of the SaaS and mobile workforce management.
The Product Marketing Manager will report to TOA?s VP of Product Marketing and work closely with TOA?s team members with the company?s sales, marketing, professional services, and technology organizations.
Formulate and execute market requirement documents, product positioning, messaging, and assist with go-to-market plans for leading TOA Technology products (ETAdirect Enterprise, ETAdirect Professional, and ETAworkforce).
Collaborate with product management, and R&D to translate product capabilities into accurate features and benefits messaging
Collaborate with Product and Sales teams to translate product capabilities into effective solution stories and sales enablement
Work with our implementation and pre-sales teams to capture customer successes for use in case studies and other marketing materials
Hands-on content creation including authoring of PowerPoint presentations, whitepapers, blogs and data sheets
Manage cross-functional implementations to execute, measure and refine go-to-market strategies including messaging, training, sales enablement and product/feature launches
Be an evangelist for TOA Technology products both internally and externally
Represent the company at customer briefings, partner meetings and industry events
BA/BS (preferably in business, economics or a related field); MBA preferred.
5 - 7 years total experience in product marketing within enterprise of SaaS software.
Experience marketing enterprise software is required; understanding of mobile workforce management and field services is strongly preferred
Demonstrated ability to develop product positioning and messaging
Proven track record in developing highly effective sales presentations and collateral
Demonstrated success in working within cross functional teams and effective project management and analytical/decision-making skills
Self-starter, high-energy, with ability to execute on business objectives
Strong teamwork and inter-personal skills
Some travel required.
