This is an individual contributor position located in San Jose, CA, reporting directly to the Vice President, Marketing and working closely with the Marketing and Products teams to execute the strategy.
Responsibilities:
?Develop and lead go-to-market strategy for Xactly?s flagship SaaS incentive compensation solution, Xactly Incent
?Identify, size, and develop precise customer segments and sub-segments with proven higher likelihood of purchase ? deeply understand who buys and why
?Determine how to most effectively identify and reach segment members
?Establish clear competitive differentiation and solution positioning that resonates with segment members to drive awareness and engagement
?Plan, test, and manage execution of integrated marketing campaigns ? leverage tactics across all available channels, including online, webinars, trade shows, social media and partners, to engage prospects
?Develop and distribute collateral and sales tools to support sales engagement with segment members
?Conduct competitive and market analysis to anticipate market changes and identify opportunities to create new demand
?Serve as spokesperson with industry analysts, press and customers ? live and via social media
?Analyze the ROI and effectiveness of each initiative, and deliver lead generation performance reports to management
Requirements:
?5+ years enterprise software product marketing experience leading proven go-to-market success
?Incentive compensation domain experience
?Ability to work with cross departmental teams and effectively manage projects that involve all levels of management and external resources
?Self-starter with strong organizational skills and ability to focus on detail while prioritizing multiple simultaneous projects
?Outstanding communication skills ? written, verbal, presentation, and social media
?Bachelors degree in related field; MBA preferred
