Position Summary
RedBrick Health is actively seeking a product marketing professional for its Product Marketing team. This individual will track and analyze market trends and develop requirements for new and existing products, as well as help communicate the value story of RedBrick Health products for internal and external audiences.
Essential Job Functions
Understand and articulate market problems and needs, synthesize market data and craft marketing requirements to help inform development direction for existing and new products
Develop product position addressing how the product and its key features solve market problems and how it is competitively differentiated for a variety of audiences.
Write and update product documentation for Sales and Client Services teams
Partner with Product Management to document product roadmap for internal and external consumption
Develop and run product demo training and certification program
Design and execute external product launches in close coordination with Corporate Marketing and Product Management teams
Actively gather, analyze, organize and communicate market and competitive intelligence
Essential Job Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's Degree (B.S.) from four-year college or university.
Experience:
Five to 10 years of relevant experience in product marketing. Experience in healthcare, consumer health services, software development, or wellness preferred.
Required Skills:
Strong cross-functional communication skills (verbal & written).
Ability to write for a variety of audiences and formats.
Team player.
Collaborative.
Innovative, creative and open-minded.
Comfortable with and curious about technology, user of health & wellness online content and tools, familiar with popular apps.
Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work with ambiguity, driving to definition and clarity.
Solid ability to use/learn productivity tools (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Visio, Project).
Self driven, motivated and results oriented.
Preferred Skills:
Pragmatic Marketing certification
Experience with designing or marketing employer health and wellness programs.
Sales training or experience supporting sales teams.
Experience with consumer health technology and mobile apps.
Employee Status: Regular, Exempt, Full-time.
