Product Marketing Manager Phreesia
Position:
As a Product Marketing Manager, you will work closely with our sales and product organizations to commercialize products and bring them to market. You will maintain a current and competent level of knowledge on our product and competitors, and provide insight and solutions to ensure our customers are recognizing the full benefits and value of Phreesia.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with sales, product management, development, marketing, and customer support teams to develop and execute on go-to-market plans
Define and articulate the unique selling proposition for products and ensure that the sales team has the tools and materials required to effectively communicate that story to the market
Assist with the identification and prioritization of business requirements for products, and build financial models to support new lines of business
Manage product pilots including target market selection, customer engagement, pre-launch research, and post-launch assessment and use findings to determine market acceptance, inform product positioning, and refine business models
Determine methods for analyzing customer ROI and determine approaches to communicate value and benefits pre- and post-sale
Design, maintain, and deliver internal training materials to educate the organization on messaging, positioning, sales process, and pricing
Work with legal team to establish and regularly analyze the commercial terms of new and existing products
Research the market environment (including trends, competitive products, market size, pricing and distribution channels) and communicate findings to key stakeholders
Skills and Experience:
MBA or graduate degree is preferred
3-5 years work experience with marketing, product management and/or strategy responsibility
Knowledge of the health care IT industry, payment processing industry and/or experience marketing to physicians is a plus
Willingness to travel when needed
Prior experience supporting a sales organization, defining product requirements, executing on go-to-market plans, and/or building business models
Proven ability to effectively influence across a matrix organization
Strong verbal, quantitative and written communication skills
Ability to comfortably work with ambiguity
Strong leadership and presentation skills
Self-aware, confident and influential
