Product Marketing Manager houzz
Houzz is seeking a Product Marketer that is passionate about home design and helping millions of our users turn their ideas into reality. This role is multi-faceted and will have responsibilities that include but are not limited to: identifying opportunities to assist our users, making judgments on creative, messaging, and copy, analyzing data, and developing customer-facing educational content.
Be the voice of the customer. Understand customer needs and pain points and work with the rest of Houzz to reflect that into everything that we do.
Develop positioning, messaging and value proposition of Houzz?s products and new features.
Drive the production of new assets (product how-to documents, video content, email creative) as we go to market with new and existing products.
Identify and test new reach and engagement mechanisms to inform future marketing strategy. Channels may include in-product, mobile, social and online media, email, and partner marketing.
Be the owner of go to market strategy and enable successful product launches by working across teams including Product, Online Marketing, PR, Customer Success and Sales
Desired Skills & Experience:
4+ years B2C marketing experience with exposure to both content creation as well as performance / growth marketing
An eye for evaluating customer facing creative, copy, voice, tone, and design
A quantitative bias and focus on measurable impact, not mere activity
Expert in working cross-functionally and influencing across boundaries
Conversant in multiple marketing channels
