As we grow our business, we are looking for a Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to build and execute marketing programs to acquire and engage users. This is an outbound marketing role with a heavy focus on new user acquisition and growth as well as retention of our existing users. The focus will be on managing and implementing programs to drive metrics related to these goals.

Define, track, and performance tune against measurable user acquisition and retention objectives.
BA/BS with strong performance in quantitative coursework and demonstrated analytical success; MBA preferred.
2 years of experience in web marketing; experience with acquisition and/or email marketing strongly desired.
Strong quantitative skills; demonstrated ability to think strategically about complex issues, analyze relevant drivers, and develop thoughtful recommendations and plans that impact key business metrics.
Strong organizational and cross-functional leadership skills, as well as outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Self-motivated, execution-oriented, and willing to roll up one?s sleeves to tackle opportunities head-on.
Understanding of StumbleUpon's products, and passion for consumer Internet products.
