MuleSoft seeks a creative, execution oriented Product Marketing Manager to develop outbound content for MuleSoft's software products that are pain-value oriented and laser-focused on target roles, industries and use cases.

The Product Marketing Manager will have a broad set of responsibilities across multiple marketing deliverables including:
- Create website content to support shift from purely technical to segmented pain-value approach. This will include development of webpages, videos, etc.
- Interview customers and develop case studies to prove out product value customized to specific target use cases and industries
- Develop whitepapers, both technical and business-oriented to facilitate lead generation and lead development
- Identify and drive development of sales enablement tools and resources to support moving deals from opportunity to close including sales presentation, competitive documents, etc.
- Own and deliver the complete bill of materials of content to support the sales process from lead generation to deal close.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
The ideal candidate will have strong experience at delivering breakthrough content in a complex system / enterprise selling business. This role requires creativity, analytical prowess, collaboration, customer knowledge, and a deep understanding of how to read and act on the â€œdigital body languageâ€ of MuleSoft's community and customers.
Specific experience in the middleware market is desirable but not required. However, experience with content development for complex products sold to development or other IT functions is strongly desired. At least a basic working knowledge of HTML is also advantageous.
Time is of the essence in this role. A candidate for this position should be able to develop substantial quantities of compelling materials on a very tight timeline. He or she should have the intellectual horsepower to tackle a diverse set of requirements while specializing in driving projects to closure, time and time again and the track record to prove it.
