Product Marketing Manager RingCentral

RingCentral is looking for a Product Marketing Manager who will join the team and be responsible for RingCentral Office, the #1 cloud business phone system for small and medium businesses. This individual will be responsible for competitive and market dynamic understanding, pricing analysis and testing, feature prioritization, customer and prospect research, developing sales selling guides and messaging guides, and will be responsible for defining and reporting on all key product metrics.
The ideal candidate is passionate about products, enjoys being a product expert, able to assist sales, marketing and business development as needed and has incredible project and cross-functional management skills.
This role is highly visible and requires communication with executive management and working directly with product management, acquisition, sales leadership, partners and resellers. This individual will also need to manage timely deliverables with strong communication and cross departmental partnering skills, and have the ability to gain shared vision on challenging decisions. Candidates must have a ?can do? attitude and be comfortable working in fast paced, cross-functional team environment.
Responsibilities:
Execute the go-to-market strategy working with carrier partners to meet product revenue goals.
Develop sales selling tools, vertical messaging talk tracks, objection handling guides, collateral, pricing guides as needed.
Represent product marketing in sales and marketing team meetings and provide the company with weekly/monthly updates regarding new product releases and launches.
Develop messaging, positioning and promotion for marketing to use to increase acquisitions and leads for sales.
Work with marketing to indentify new lead sources and how to reach our target market
Develop and maintain customer profiles that includes demographic, psychographic and product usage data.
Provide weekly reports on key product metrics, analyze trends and be responsible for all data analysis
Create datasheets, product white papers and customer guides as needed
Support PR and awareness activities including blogging, social outreach, trade shows
Hold weekly customer interviews and develop case studies, testimonials and quotes
Understand and advocate internally the particularities of each carriers co-branded product, offer and processes
Create market requirement documents (MRD)
Lead cross functional initiatives leading operations, engineering, product, support, and other departments.
Desired qualifications and experience:
Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years of product marketing/partner management experience working in the telecommunications sector.
Experience leading cross functional teams in program management type roles.
Experience marketing cloud services, cutting edge technologies and selling to small and medium businesses
Strong business acumen is a must, as well as strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with ability to draw conclusions based on data
Experience managing product performance based on gross margin, lifetime value and monthly recurring revenue models
Self-motivated individual capable of working in a face-paced, dynamic environment
High level of professionalism -- must thrive on teamwork, overcoming obstacles and gaining shared vision on complex issues
Detail and results oriented; skilled at both planning and hands-on execution
Ability to excel in a team-oriented, collaborative, and fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills
