? Serve as external/market-facing product liaison and subject matter expert.
? Provide product education, guidance and assistance to Remedy sales and business development teams.
? Confer with existing and prospective customers, partners and the like in support of revenue-generating opportunities. Participate in teleconference, webconference and onsite sessions as needed.
? Collaborate with pulling customers and partners. Translate needs/goals to high-level product requirements and assumptions (including integration and concomitant dependencies). Work closely with Remedy product management and implementation teams to ensure functional and design specifications accurately and adequately reflect vision for product enhancements and modifications as well as new product development.
? Produce product-centric sales enablement tools, including PowerPoint slide decks, qualifying check lists, and key talking points/sound bites. Assist with research for and preparation of RFI and RFP responses.
? Facilitate development of product-centric materials, such as data sheets, product profiles, brochures, case studies, testimonials/use cases, white papers and product announcements.
? Perform ongoing collection and dissemination of market and competitive intelligence.
? Cultivate and nurture references. Solicit testimonials, collaborative speaking engagements and the like.
? Perform product planning, due diligence and strategy development, including market analysis and segmentation. Identify target audiences. Construct user and buyer personas. Gauge interest level of current and prospective customers. Conduct risk assessments and formulate ROI calculations.
? Identify and help foster potential VAR, OEM and cooperative marketing partnerships and channels; also, potential association and society relationships.
? Spearhead formation of advisory boards and user groups. Coordinate associated meetings and activities. Institute input and feedback mechanisms.
? Aid corporate marketing team in planning and execution of product promotion, advertising and multimedia, including website content, videos, webinars, podcasts, trade show/conference exhibits, seminars/workshops, feature stories for print/online media, lead generation campaigns, market awareness campaigns and co-op marketing campaigns.
? Five or more years experience as a product marketing manager, product manager, project manager or account manager, with at least two in the healthcare technology field. (Comparable level of experience as a quality manager, performance improvement manager or data manager in the healthcare delivery field also acceptable.)
? Highly polished writing, presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
? Demonstrated ability to interact with clinical, administrative, technical and executive professionals in healthcare, technology and related organizations.
? Strong generalized clinical acumen acquired through education and/or professional experience.
? Working knowledge of enterprise-level database applications.
? Working knowledge of clinical informatics, clinical and translational research, outcomes data management and/or closely related discipline.
? Basic understanding of HIS and related systems, such as EHR, lab, pharmacy, radiology, supply chain, etc.
? Bachelor degree in business, marketing, nursing, informatics, computer science, engineering, biology, chemistry, mathematics, statistics or other comparable area of concentration.
? Strong proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
? Exceptional level of aptitude for information gathering, due diligence and Internet research.
? Self-directed and self-motivated work style.
? Demonstrated ability to embrace a rapid learning curve, function with a sense of urgency, properly prioritize and apply good judgment.
