Position Summary:
Are you someone who always tries to attack a challenge for a different angle? We're looking for a person who is willing to drive wireless test technologies in alternative ways. LitePoint is looking for a product marketing manager to oversee the definition and development of new test products for wireless connectivity technologies. You will be working with some of the leading consumer electronics and semiconductor companies in the development of test solutions for WLAN, Bluetooth, navigation, and broadcast technologies, joining a team of professionals that has continued to revolutionize wireless manufacturing testing over nearly13 years. Responsibilities:
Manage connectivity product line
mso-bidi-font-weight:bold">o "Times New Roman";mso-bidi-font-weight:bold">Lead the definition of new wireless test products for connectivity technologies
mso-bidi-font-weight:bold">o "Times New Roman";mso-bidi-font-weight:bold">Manage all aspects of the product lifecycle
"Times New Roman";mso-bidi-font-weight:bold">Continued HW and SW feature development
"Times New Roman";mso-bidi-font-weight:bold">Define derivative and associated products
Works closely with engineering management team to understand ideal product design decisions and ensure both cost and functionality requirements are met
Support the sales team and distributors in product promotion globally
mso-bidi-font-weight:bold">o "Times New Roman";mso-bidi-font-weight:bold">Develop marketing material to aid product differentiation and promotion
Study market trends to ensure solutions will be ready to meet market and technology inflections
Develop competitive analyses and drive the positioning of LitePoint products for maximum effectiveness
Basic Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Education Required
Required Experience:
BSEE degree (or equivalent) required
5+ years industry experience
Relevant experience in connectivity test coming from a manufacturing test background, semiconductor validation / development or test and measurement equipment industry
Strong knowledge of physical layer (L1) measurements and characteristics of 802.11, Bluetooth, GPS, and GLONASS technologies
Interest to work in a diverse range of company functions including, but not limited to: engineering, business, and operations
