Position Summary:
Reporting to the Director of Marketing, and based in Trevose PA the Product Marketing Manager
will drive the continued success for Airclic?s industry leading Perform product line from a technical
perspective. This is a rare opportunity for the right individual to play a leadership role in a fastgrowing
business. This role is responsible for defining and understanding markets, competitors, users
and buyers of our core products. The Manager works closely with marketing, sales and product
management to develop and evangelize product positioning, messaging, collateral, sales tools and
training, value drivers, benefits, and differentiation. Collaborating across the organization, the Manager
develops GTM plans, strategic initiatives and content that drive business results, with the ultimate goal
of rapid market acceptance, sales success and leading market share.
Responsibilities
Market/business analysis and strategic planning
1. Develop and manage Perform Go to Market plans
2. Understand product buyers, users and influencers to inform product development, messaging, and
sales/marketing approaches
3. Monitor industry analysts, competitors, customers, sales engagements, etc. to identify unmet
customer needs and market opportunities
4. Partner with product management to document business plans, use cases, prioritize opportunities,
and influence product strategy
Product and solution messaging
1. Develop and articulate clear and compelling customer pain points, value propositions, messages,

competitive differentiation, and customer success stories
2. Define and document ?straight line to value? scenarios that showcase Perform differentiators and
demonstrate customer value
Product marketing
1. Develop and maintain the product marketing content related to assigned products, including
messaging platform documents, sales presentations, sales training material, product demo scripts,
web site content, logical and architectural diagrams, competitive comparisons, etc,
2. Author and facilitate white papers, by-lined articles, and other thought leadership pieces.
3. Energize Airclic?s sales teams and channel partners with compelling customer successes, exciting
wins, etc.
4. Recycle insight from the field, customers and partners back into messaging, market opportunity
assessments, etc.
5. Contribute to Airclic bookings and pipeline targets
Marketing Playbook
1. Develop and drive quarterly initiatives that support the Airclic business plan, product roadmap
and sales strategy, including targeting, messaging, solution packaging, marketing content and
campaigns, and sales enablement
2. Play a key role in an interlock process with sales to ensure marketing programs meet sales needs
3. Team with the marketing programs group to execute, measure and refine GTM programs
Product Launch
1. Lead GTM readiness for product launches, hit key schedule milestones, measure business results,
and compare to plan projections
2. Develop GTM plans which lay out clear business objectives and cover marketing collateral and
sales tool development, press and analysts briefings, customer and partner communication, demo
development, sales training, customer references

Product Marketing Manager
Job Requirements:
? 8+ year?s enterprise application software experience in product marketing or product management.
? Demonstrated skills in successfully marketing high tech, enterprise application products. Proven
ability to add value to the sales process through marketing, sales tools, training and presentation.
? Undergraduate degree ? technical emphasis a plus
? On-demand ?software-as-a-service? (SaaS) experience.
? Excellent communication skills: listening and understanding and a proven ability to convey complex
ideas simply and clearly in written, presentation and spoken formats
? Achiever who thrives in a cross-functional team environment and is readily adaptable to changing
market and organizational needs
? Able to work collaboratively and through others without a direct reporting relationship.
