Product Marketing Manager needed to serve as a liaison between HighJumps product management and marketing departments. The primary goal of the position is to manage marketing of HighJumps key product areas. In order to effectively carry out this mission, the person in this position performs research of the marketplace, of HighJumps growing customer base, and of HighJumps internal divisions to make a comprehensive assessment. The person in this position makes suggestions for product messaging and lead generation and works with the marketing team on various projects to distinguish products in the marketplace and drive business.
Work with HighJumps marketing, strategy, and sales departments to create analysis of product marketing needs. This may involve exploring why HighJump wins and loses deals, and helping set action plans and deliverables accordingly.
Create marketing plans for new product launches, Transaction Manager, supporting products and modules and the total product solution.
Regularly analyze performance versus these plans and make necessary adjustments to make sure plans are effective and continue to align with marketing strategy.
Work with analysts, outside firms, and publications to gain insight into market needs staying current on industry trends, analyst research, competitive positioning.
Analyze key competitors messaging, programs and wins.
Manage internal system to collect and disseminate market and competitive data.
Assist in creating strategies and sales tools to leverage market data for the benefit of the company.
Translate product strategys stated development direction into actionable, clear and consistent benefits that tie together and align with marketing strategy. Could include creation or updates of white papers, news releases, web site pages, sales presentations, webcasts, trade show graphics, monthly newsletters, etc.
Help marketing take advantage of analyst work by researching analyst findings that pertain to relevant markets and reporting to group with information and suggestions on how to leverage information in marketing areas like PR, collateral, sales presentations, copy in campaigns, sponsorship opportunities, etc.
Bachelors degree in Marketing or Business required.
