Summary: HelloWallet is committed to providing all Americans with access to a secure financial future. The marketing team is responsible for bringing HelloWallet products to market, generating market and sales demand, shepherding our social mission and evolving our brand in line with our core values. We are looking for an exceptional product marketing manager to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates HelloWallet in our target markets
Enablement ? communicate the HelloWallet value proposition to the sales team, company and partner ecosystem. Develop the tools that support the customer insight and adoption and support a B2B sales process
Product launch ? plan the go to market strategy and execution for new products and releases and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan
Market intelligence ? analyze the market and be the expert on our employer buyers, their buying process and their buying criteria. Analyze our competition and partner ecosystem be the expert on how to bring HelloWallet to market in a complex market environment.
Demand generation ? develop the strategy and manage the marketing programs that drive market-level demand for HelloWallet
Define and develop pricing, packaging and promotion strategies
Skills / Qualifications:
5 years working in product or strategic marketing
Familiarity with SaaS go to market models
Familiarity with Fortune 500 human capital management ecosystem
Bachelors degree required, MBA preferred
Very strong written and communication skills
Very strong analytical skills
Demonstrated executive communication experience such as public speaking, executive presentations, or media
Demonstrated leadership skills
Talent for making complicated topics simple, approachable and fun
Understanding of personal financial concepts
Sense of humor
Passion for the power of technology to make a positive difference in people?s lives
Willing to travel 25% of the time
Supervisor: reports directly to the CMO.
Location: The position is based in downtown Washington, DC
