The Product Leader of Point-of-Sale applications will provide a vision and a framework for how Qpay will provide a highly innovative point-of-sale experiences for our employees and customers. We are looking for a seasoned product lead who will go beyond mere technical understanding to provide solid leadership and vision in this area. You will work closely with a cross-functional team to implement creative new applications and services. Product Strategy and Roadmap Development
Guide release of software from concept through product launch.
Create vision to guide organization ? both up and down ? and retain focus on shipping the ?right? product
Key leader/decision-maker in cross-functional product and feature teams, both formal and informal, to ensure that proposed solutions meet customer needs
Own and drive process, while including and learning from key owners through organization.
Partner with key business partners and coordinating with cross-functional teams to define, develop and deliver products on schedule
Develop and/or maintain a multi-year product roadmap based on customer requirements and industry trends
Support development Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)
Guide technology partnership activities and develop strategies for the integration of partner technology/products Product Marketing
Champion product internally and externally
Oversee development of product information materials
Communicate strategy, capabilities and future directions to internal and external audiences such as the store teams, business partners and customers
Provide updates to executives on the status of all product matters
8+ years of software Product Management/Marketing experience with proven track record of stellar product.
Experience with entire product lifecycle (from concept through launch) required.
Consumer and/or web/Internet software (non-enterprise) experience preferred.
Requires a BS/BA degree. MBA or equivalent preferred. ?

Proven ability to influence, inspire and lead others from peers to executives, customers, and partners
Proven ability to forge strong relationships -- and lead ? cross-functional teams are required ? Strong team building skills and personnel development talents ?
