Product/Quality Engineer Netronome

The purpose of the Product/Quality Engineer is to manage the technical aspects of in-house and outsourced production of complex electronic assemblies. This position will be involved in all aspects of the product life cycle, including design, development and transitioning to volume manufacturing of the product. The Product Engineer will also be responsible for monitoring the product through manufacturing and implementing continuous improvement activities. In addition to the above duties the product engineer will play a key role in environmental and regulatory compliance (Monitoring task and schedules to ensure Netronome meets requirements).
Position Requirements:
? Bachelor?s degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or equivalent.
? 1-3 years experience in a position of Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality Assurance or related technical role.
? Familiarity with BOM structure, technical drawings, SMT assemblies
? ISO-9001 experience
? Understanding of Document and Design Control
? Familiarity with Environmental Regulations such as ROHS and REACH
? Ability to document process flow, create procedures and work instructions to be used in a complex manufacturing environment both internally and throughout the supply chain.
RMA Test Technician/Coordinator
Netronome currently has an opening for a RMA Technician / Coordinator in the Manufacturing department. The RMA Technician will be responsible for testing and root cause analysis of returned production units through OEM designed test; Diagnosing and tracking failures through root cause analysis and repair; Suggesting productivity and test improvements; and receiving and tracking inventory through a dynamic production environment utilizing RMA tracking systems.
Position Requirements:
? Knowledge of general test/diagnostic software development fundamentals
? Experience in performing root cause analysis of failed units and recommending changes/solutions either in product design or manufacturing processes to prevent recurrence.
? Hardware and networking debugging skills.
? Knowledge of Electronics Test process (ICT, Flying Probe, X-Ray, OAI and J-Tag)
? Motivated and assertive in learning and taking initiative and ownership of projects
? Organized with attention to detail
? Able to coordinate priority of tasks to meet a desired schedule
? Understanding or ability to learn shipping and receiving requirements
? Associates degree (or equivalent relevant industry experience) preferred
? Understanding of Epicor and Kayako systems a plus
