Product Release Technician NeuroPace
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED Responsibilities:
Review completed lot record documentation and Device History Records (DHRs) for accuracy and completeness in accordance with procedures and release schedules, and ensure that all product specifications are met. Maintain the DHR files.
Documentation includes: travelers, test data, sterilization reports, etc.
Perform inventory control system transactions to reflect the correct status of components, subassemblies and finished devices.
Assign serial numbers, expiration dates, and other required identification
Run reports upon request from Materials or QA personnel.
Complete transactions for disposition of non-conforming material, assuring compliance with non-conforming material procedures.
Communicate effectively with Operations, QC and Materials personnel to determine priorities; adjust work schedule as required to ensure that parts and materials are available to meet the ongoing production plans.
Update procedures as needed to ensure the highest level of documentation compliance.
Participate in other assigned activities, such as data collection and analysis.
AA degree with 3-5 years experience in QA function and/or manufacturing, preferably in medical device or other FDA regulated industry.
Working knowledge of FDA regulations and ISO 13485 standard highly desirable.
Strong attention to detail while maintaining high quality standards is required. Demonstrated attention to detail, good organizational skills, and ability to effectively communicate verbally and in written form.
ERP and automated document control or product data management systems experience preferred. Experience with IFS database highly desirable.
