Product Sales Strategy Coordinator (Contractor)

The Product Sales Strategy Coordinator is responsible for supporting the team with development of custom advertiser solutions, including program development, tracking and execution. This role involves working with numerous business partners and creative resources to conceive produce and execute robust best in class sales programs.
Responsibilities:
- Support the property teams in developing and executing custom sales programs
- Develop pitch materials for leading online properties and responses to advertiser requests.
- Create materials to educate and train the sales organization on new ad opportunities, site features and functionality
- Track custom elements in pitches, create and manage timelines
- Develop pro-active sales programs, collateral and site communications for advertiser outreach.
Requirements:
- Experience in advertising, sales and/or marketing within an agency or media environment preferred.
- Strong PowerPoint skills a plus.
- Experience with project management preferred.
- Experience developing online marketing or sales programs preferred.
- Understanding of social media, internet, mobile and passion for emerging media formats
- The ability to work collaboratively across a large, matrixed organization to drive results.
- Analytical skills and the ability to drive programs toward business goals.
- Strong presentation skills, able to showcase marketing programs via presentations.
- Recent college grads welcome.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, able to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
- Self-starter who is results-driven, resourceful and is a hands-on individual with a strong service orientation
