As a Product Specialist, you will be able to harness your passion for Agile and play a leadership role in the sales process, help determine if our Agile software is the right fit for the prospect's needs, showcase the VersionOne solution through compelling product demonstrations and strategize with our account representatives and help close the sale.

The ideal candidate is passionate, consultative in nature and has a proven track record in the software sales industry.
--Engage customer/prospects in compelling product demonstrations that relay the value of VersionOne
--Provide customers/prospects with guidance on agile best practices
--Answer product related questions during product evaluation
--Collaborate and strategize with Account Representatives on the most effective way to move customers through the sales process
--Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and Security Reviews for prospects
--Provide content via Knowledge Base articles, product blog and/or white papers
--Support marketing events within the Agile and Project Management space
--Located on the west coast (remote position, northern CA preferred)
--Passionate about agile software development methodologies
--Must possess strong presentation and people skills
--Previous experience with enterprise customers
--A proven knowledge of the sales cycle and an ability to work closely with sales executives
--Experience supporting tools that assist in the software development lifecycle
--Must be a team player with outstanding interpersonal skills
--Self-starter, requiring minimal supervision with a can-do attitude
--Highly detailed oriented with strong analytical aptitude
--Excellent communications skills and exceptional listening skills
--Potential for up to 30% travel
--BA or BS in a related field or equivalent experience
