CallCopy, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Product Specialist. The Product Specialist?s primary responsibilities are centered around promoting and delivering first in class training and ProServices engagements, with a focus on delivering against pre-determined KPIs, and establishing CallCopy as the business leader in value-add solutions in the space.
:Job Responsibilities Include:
Advanced demo of CallCopy products to customer and potential customers (2nd/3rd deep dives)
Custom presentations to various audiences (ROI, etc.)
Defining consulting (ProServices) engagements
Delivering ProServices engagements with focus on improvements gained and working with the client on a case study
Tradeshow support
Assisting with RFP responses
:Qualifications:
College degree preferred, high school diploma with similar work experience will also be considered
Working knowledge of contact center operations
Working knowledge of call recording platforms, WFM software, Speech Analytics software, Survey tools
Facilitation and training skills
Negotiation and sales skills
The ability to adapt to changing situations with poise and composure
Thinking on your feet
Drawing quick, accurate conclusions based on available data and information provided
Multi-tasking
Time management skills
