Product Specialist iPipeline, Inc.

iPipeline is seeking Product Specialists to help support our eight different product lines. This individual is highly motivated, creative, and self driven. They will own the success of specific product lines by working closely with customers, sales, professional services, marketing, and R&D. This fast paced job will focus on market research, product design and successful product launches. This individual is highly organized, enjoys big picture thinking, and can execute on the details.

Essential functions and tasks include:

Meet with customers for insight and participate in user group discussions
Manage the product enhancement process, including: collecting and tracking requests, leading the evaluation and decision process, and prioritizing product enhancements
Write business cases for new product concepts
Create mock-ups to validate new product concepts
Develop user stories and market requirements
Maintain the product roadmap
Create mock-ups and prototypes to validate new product concepts

Work closely with the development team to communicate priorities and manage the release process

Desired experience includes:

Bachelors degree in business (information technology studies plus)
0 to 3 years in the software industry with a focus on business and/or marketing
Strong presentation and communication skills for customer facing meetings
Comfort working in a fast paced, high performance, startup environment.
