The Product Specialist has a multi-faceted role: working with customers, sales, and product to execute successful content insights, discovery, and activation programs focusing on Fortune 500 enterprises and global leading marketing services companies. This person will be responsible for the maximization of product adoption and ongoing usage by demonstrating value to the customer in a consistent fashion over time. They will also in charge of creating relevant customer-specific insights and ?best practices?, deliver proactive client service, relationship development and account/campaign/client retention, growth & upsell.
Job Duties Include:
Manage the setup process for signed deals, monitoring of existing deals & provide training as needed
Scope, prepare and present client materials, insights, summaries and best practice recommendations
Act as a knowledge center for clients as well as internal sales & product teams
Suggest and define processes & improvements to existing procedures
Execute analyses/projects that may include tool development, analysis & Product feedback
BA/BS degree in marketing, business or Technology
3+ years in Digital Media
Knowledge and experience with content creation process & requirements, CMS, DAM etc. ? A plus
Technology savvy, interested in ?how things work? and comfortable working with Engineers
Experience dealing with agencies and fortune 500 brands
Strategic thinker that can research information on companies and their business objectives and apply for prospecting, pitching and other initiatives
Self-motivated to dig in to learn about products, technology, customers, and competitors.
A good multi-tasker, able to handle multiple projects, people and to meet deadlines with revolving priorities.
Agility and ability to adapt to a changing marketplace, requirements & needs
