Product Specialist SmartPak
Responsibilities:
All aspects of customer service and sales, including:
- Handling high volume and emails (placing orders, answering questions and everything in between)
- Customer account management
- Expert knowledge of our supplement and supply product lines
- Participation in vendor, nutritional/supplement and product training
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree with a GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Strong equine background, canine experience a plus
- Sophisticated communication skills, both written and verbal
- Customer service experience
- Telephone and/or sales background are a plus
- Strong time management skills
- Able to multi-task and think quickly on your feet
- Comfortable working independently as well as within a group
- An outstanding personality and sense of humor
