ResponsibilitiesWork with the product manager and engineering to refine the winning technical strategy.
Be the Product guru for Meraki sales, sales engineering, and channel partner teams.
Identify high-leverage technical topics and create collateral for enabling partners and customers.
Deep dive into technical competitive analysis.
Work with engineering to diagnose and resolve critical escalated issues.
Requirements
Thorough understanding of networking fundamentals, e.g., be able to explain the functions of and differences among the link, network, transport, and application layers.
Outstanding communication, follow-through, and problem solving skills.
Resourcefulness and attention to detail.
Fluency in English.
Excellent speaking and writing skills.
B.S. in computer science or a related technical discipline.
4-year degree from an accredited university required.
Requires 25% travel.
Characteristics of success
2 years experience with networking products.
Experience supporting or testing LANs ,VLANs, VPNs, NAT devices, and DHCP servers.
Experience installing and troubleshooting firewall, L3, routing, NAT, L2 switching issues.
Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
