Vertafore is looking for Product Support Representatives to support a cutting-edge software solution, most specifically in the area of Sagitta or similar. You will be directly impacting the insurance agencies ability to improve productivity, manage account needs, standardize and streamline processes, as well as capture data for strategic decision-making.
WHO ARE YOU?
95% of time spent troubleshooting problems and answering questions via inbound phone calls, chats or written internet based inquiries databases
Deliver consistent and excellent customer service utilizing learned soft skills and other professional behaviors
Being attentive to the needs of the customer as a trustworthy member of the team
Analyze problems within the software application and recommend corrective action
Document clear and concise comments regarding customer problems and resolution
Escalate unresolved issues promptly to resolve customer issues
Following established guidelines for compliance, quality and productivity
Recommend Solutions for our knowledgebase to help customer and others in Support with troubleshooting
Ability to identify customer needs and escalate to Sales or other departments when applicable
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Insurance Agency with Sagitta agency management experience preferred
2 years of call center or client support related experience preferred including both inbound calls and chats
Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills required
Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and problem resolution
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Ability to multi-task, work independently, and also work within a team environment with minimal supervision
Ability to work in a fast paced environment where changes to procedures are common
Capable of working with multiple companies and vendors regarding their Management Systems
Proficient with Microsoft Office Products
Ability to adhere to a predetermined work schedule
Excellent English writing and grammar skills
Experience working with Chat software preferred
