Opportunity
A Product Support Engineer is responsible for direct customer support of the Anark Core and Anark Media software platforms. This engineering position will coordinate with sales and marketing while providing customer support to manufacturing companies in Aerospace, Defense, Heavy Equipment, Automotive, and Electronics. In addition to providing customer training on the use of Anark software, a Product Support Engineer will use Anark software and associated tools to construct a variety of use-case specific manufacturing process documents and document templates for customers.
The ideal candidate will be an Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Computer Science graduate with experience using 3D MCAD software (CATIA V5, NX, Pro/E, SolidWorks), including an understanding of typical data models involved in mechanical design and manufacturing. In addition to these skills, the ideal candidate will have XML, scripting, and compiled programming skills required to support customer deployments.
Required Knowledge and Skills

Experience with 3D MCAD tools and typical data models for mechanical design and discrete manufacturing
Strong technical and communication skillscapable of garnering the respect of team members and associates within the company

Expertise with JavaScript development in a variety of application contexts (document, HTML, etc.)
Expertise with basic data modeling utilizing XML in a variety of application contexts

Web development expertise
Desired Education and Professional Experience
BS in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Computer Science.
