Vertafore is looking for a Product Support Representative to support a cutting-edge software solution, most specifically in the area of Sagitta or similar. You will be directly impacting the insurance agency?s ability to improve productivity, manage account needs, standardize and streamline processes, as well as capture data for strategic decision-making.
WHO ARE YOU?
You have experience spending 95% of your time troubleshooting problems and answering questions via inbound phone calls, chats or written internet based inquiries databases
You continuously deliver consistent and excellent customer service utilizing learned soft skills and other professional behaviors
You live for being attentive to the needs of the customer as a trustworthy member of the team
You enjoy analyzing problems within the software application and recommending corrective action
You can document clear and concise comments regarding customer problems and resolution
You don?t have a problem escalating unresolved issues promptly to resolve customer issues
You have experience following established guidelines for compliance, quality and productivity
You would enjoy recommending solutions for our knowledgebase to help customer and others in Support with troubleshooting
You have the ability to identify customer needs and escalate to Sales or other departments when applicable
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Exceptional interpersonal and customer support experience required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Document customer questions and/or problems in our customer relationship management system.
Follow standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained.
Detail-oriented and work with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
Build stable working relationships internally.
Apply company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues.
Normally receives detailed instructions on all new work under close supervision.
Ability to adhere to a predetermined work schedule as outlined in the Customer Support attendance policy.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Products.
Bachelor?s degree or equivalent work experience.
1-2 years of customer support experience (inbound call center preferred).
Proficient with Microsoft products.
Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft SQL server including SQL scripting.
Basic knowledge of computer programming concepts and features.
Exceptional interpersonal and customer service experience required.
