Product Support Specialist
Operative, an interactive advertising industry leader, is looking for someone to join our product support team as a Product Support Specialist. This team works closely with our clients, members of the implementation, engineering, and product development teams to ensure successful the post-implementation use of Operative.One, our enterprise software product. This position works directly with our clients, end-users of Operative.One to help answer questions, resolve issues, and recommend best practices.
1 Working with clients as a member of the Operative.One Support Team, which provides troubleshooting and guidance for Operative.One users after implementation.
2. Addressing client issues/problems in a timely fashion, to ensure satisfaction and adoption.
3. Coordinating with Operative internal teams (product management, sales, account management, and engineering) to address client needs and requests.
4. Being personable, professional and responsive, capably representing Operative to clients.
Bachelor?s degree required.
Technical focus preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A ?can do? attitude with strong follow-through habits, and a willingness to take on whatever tasks are needed to complete the job.
Deadline and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple clients and projects simultaneously
Must be able to handle challenging customer situations with diplomacy and be cool under pressure.
Ability to identify problems, mediate issues, develop solutions, and implement a course of action.
Ability to analyze client incidents and recreate possible defects in a simulated environment
Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
Experience working with Internet products and technologies.
Strong Microsoft Excel knowledge
Preferred Skills & Experience:
1+ years experience supporting software with external clients
Experience working in a start-up environment
Working SQL knowledge
Previous experience working with Digital Advertising, Online Publishing or Interactive Media companies
Knowledge of software development life cycle
