There are three positions - one in each sales center.
The Product Support Specialist is responsible for supporting our Sales Center teams with focus on key products and service providers as determined by Merchandising Team. This position will help impact customer satisfaction by supporting product, product pricing and promos, product sales flows, order completion and installation drivers. This position will work across internal and external teams, including IT, IT Helpdesk, Training, Sales and Marketing, Product Admin and Merchandising. This position will routinely provide feedback through observation and analysis on the Product Roadmap and Sales Incentives.
The Product Support Specialist will be expected to become an expert in key provider?s process for new, transfer and existing customers, as well as any order entry systems in place. This may require on-site visits to PROVIDER and their partners for training and knowledge gathering.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide support to the all product verticals and the key partners in the following areas:
Provide support to providers on multiple new launch/maintenance projects, including but not limited to:
Market Research, Consumer Insights
Sales Initiatives, Analysis and Tracking
Sales Flow, Call Scripting, Plan Details and Product Roadmaps
Determine and recommend sales training/product communication to Sales team
Maintenance of existing systems, activities will include but are not limited to:
Provide continued sales training and communication to Sales team
Continuously seek process improvement strategies
Identify areas of opportunity to improve key business drivers (decrease breakage, increase customer service satisfaction/experience, maximize revenue per customer)
Partner with sales and operations management, and key service providers to ensure that product offerings are delivered efficiently and accurately, and the customer/provider/Allconnect relationship is profitable and amicable.
Monitor product activity, (i.e. volumes, key Support indicators/metrics, incident reports, corrective action reporting, Support plans, trends, etc.) and regularly listen to call center calls to ensure compliance.
Provide strategic and tactical support with positioning and selling products .
Proactive; exemplifies initiative and ability to lead product support efforts.
Problem Solving: Responds promptly to customer and service provider needs; Solicits customer and partner feedback to improve service; and responds to requests for troubleshooting service and assistance.
Oral/Written Communication: Always conducts himself/herself as a polished, credible company representative in all interactions with others, communications, presentations, reports, etc. while similarly enhancing Allconnect?s image as a world class business. Possesses tact, charisma and the ability to negotiate.

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year or university and/or three to five years experience in sales.
A solid track record of accomplishments in Telecom product sales preferred.
Experience with Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills.
Accuracy, attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently on multiple /projects tasks with stringent schedules. Ability to travel to partner locations for training and meetings.
Relevant experience handling multiple projects in various stages of the Lifecycle.
