Product Support Specialist - WO Program Management WideOrbit

Job Description:

WO Program Management is an all-in-one software solution that manages broadcast rights, financials, program inventories and schedules. WideOrbit is looking for a talented and self-motivated individual to join the WO Program Management product team as a Product Support Specialist.
Responsibilities:
? Help users with how-to questions regarding use of WO Program Management system.
? Identify and document software defects and requests for enhancements
? Provide information regarding customer needs to engineering and marketing
? Work with team to develop product support infrastructure
? Perform other tasks as assigned
? Reports to the Director of Product Support
Skills/Qualifications:

A B.A. or B.S. from an accredited college or university.
2+ years of experience in a programming role in a TV station IS A MUST.
Excellent interpersonal skills, especially over the telephone
Strong technical aptitude to quickly learn new software.
Experience using web based applications and comfortable with learning and using new technologies
The ability to work effectively under pressure in a team environment
The ability to balance competing tasks in a rapidly changing environment
Experience with MS Windows, Word, and Excel
Outstanding problem-solving, follow-up, and organizational skills
