Operations TeamOverview:
The Product Test Engineer will be responsible for developing a production test solution for high end ASIC devices, driving all activities for production release and manufacturing support. He/she will define ASIC product test flows that minimize production time and cost while maintaining a rigorous test for high product quality. This position will work with silicon design engineers, board design house, test and assembly subcontractors.
Responsibilities:
Design Validation and Qualification Phase:
Work with design engineering to ensure product testability including DFT.
Design ATE load board, probe card and other test features.
Debug and develop test program to support production testing.
Drive ATE based Device Characterization across P,V,T.
Coordinate device reliability tests (e.g. HTOL, HAST)
Establish correlation between ATE and bench measurements
Production Phase:
Responsible for transferring ATE program to local and offshore production facility.
Generate documentation for all procedures and records.
Track Manufacturing Yields and Quality and drive foundry process window optimization for yield enhancement.
Follow up with RMA, failure analysis, 8-D corrective action reports.
Key Requirements:
BSc in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science
7+ years of mixed signal and/or digital IC testing
Experience with Load board and probe card design
Experience in working with offshore test house
Knowledge of Digital/Mixed-Signal Testing, DFT, C, PERL
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Flexibility to work from home office and onsite at test facilities as needed
Available to travel to head office regularly for meetings (approx. monthly)
