Job Description
Lead the company?s local and remote Test/Product Engineering team to develop and manufacture complex SOC devices on leading edge process and package technologies. Includes:
Manage the product life-cycle from introduction, to design, prototype, qualification, and production release
Collaborate with Engineering on new product development, DFT/DFM, package design, test development, and new technology qualification and characterization
Manage the supply chain through fab, assembly, and test. And collaborate with production planning to ensure order fulfillment and on-time delivery
Support the company?s revenue and profitability plan by managing all product technical issues, product cost reduction, yield improvement, product qualification, and product quality
Support the corporate Quality objectives by implementing a scalable process for high quality/high volume products, and addressing customer RMA/FA requests in a satisfactory and timely manner
Experience
BSEE or higher, or equivalent education and Semiconductor field experience
10 years of relevant experience in semiconductor IC and board level product manufacturing
In depth knowledge of semiconductor process, assembly, and test (IC component & board level)
Strong emphasis on leading edge complex SOC DFT/DFM, test, and manufacturing.
Effective communication skills, and cross-functional project/process management.
High degree of personal integrity and professionalism, exhibiting self-motivation, persistence and dependability, attention to detail and accuracy, and timely performance
Must be able to motivate, encourage and train across the entire multi-national organization
