The Product Trainer is responsible for training new clients on the use and integration of data from AIS products. This includes helping clients determine which product is the best fit for their project, and assisting them in understanding the XML structure and incentive information. They will be expected to coordinate with the client?s development team, and act as a liaison between the client and the AIS support team during the implementation stage. This individual will be expected to have detailed knowledge of AIS products in order to guide the clients in their implementation, and ensure that the client displays the information in a manner that is accurate. Knowledge of product will include rebate knowledge, XML structure knowledge, understanding of deal scenarios, and understanding of program compatibility. They will also be expected to have knowledge of legal and OEM compliance requirements, and be able to advise clients how to take them into account in their integration of AIS products. After implementations are complete, the Client Product Implementation Trainer will be expected to regularly follow up with clients to maintain a good relationship with the client, and accept any feedback they might have.

?Explain the proper use of specific data elements within the XML structure
?Guide customers through implementation process
?Troubleshoot implementation before launch
?Collaborate with support and development teams to resolve issues
?Follow up with clients to make sure expectations are being met throughout the process
?Maintain communication lines with clients after implementation is in place
?Excellent Knowledge level of XML
?Technical support experience 2+ years
?Able to work remotely with implementation teams
?Automotive Rebate and Incentive experience a huge plus
?Ability to work in a fast paced deadline oriented multi-task team environment in which strong attention to detail is expected.
?Strong computer skills with heavy emphasis on Microsoft Office programs (word, excel, PowerPoint)
?Proven ability to distinguish between data and technical issues.
?Excellent writing, editing and communication skills
?Strong interpersonal skills with customers
?Effective time management, organizational, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
?Bachelor?s degree or certificate in IT or communications.?
