We are seeking a Product Trainer to manage the development, implementation, and post-launch analysis of training strategies, plans, and processes to support organizational goals in regards to new product initiatives.
Strategy:
Develop and implement training strategies that empowers Sales Consultants, located in our center, to consistently deliver a superior customer experience when representing our products.
Performance:
Work with Corporate training team to drive effective and measurable agent performance.
Work with Leadership Team to ensure that operations within centers are optimal and all associates meet or exceed key customer service targets.
Develop ongoing training plans to improve performance standards for products.
Track the individual learning and development progress and proficiency of each Center.
Training and Design:
Manage the development and implementation training material to support the product strategy for our Guests.
Continually improve training to reduce the ?time to proficiency? for Sales Consultants.
Assist with development and/or implementation of training materials and programs on an as-needed basis.
Work with management to identify areas of opportunity to improve performance and service.
Develop annualized training calendar to improve consultant skill sets.
Oversee the development of content to introduce skill specialization.
Customer Experience:
Analyze customer experience data to develop training material to improve metrics such as revenue, customer satisfaction, etc.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with Corporate Training team and Leadership teams, to identify performance development needs based on critical initiatives and goals, as well as identify performance gaps and training needs in regards to product initiatives.
Oversee coordination of training schedule, dates and logistics.
Track, report and evaluate the effectiveness of training solutions and make changes to programs based on feedback; provide ROI analysis and recommendations.
Evaluate the knowledge of class participants to determine training needs and effectiveness.
Plan and implement training to support new products, programs and initiatives.
Lead large-scale training projects and initiatives; guide teams to achieve established goals and deliverables.
Maintain all training systems and databases related to product training.
Prepare and present reports on training metrics, as needed.
Interface effectively with all levels to review training needs, determine goals, time frame and process for accomplishing projects.
Create a team-oriented environment for the training classes.
This position will require travel up to 70% travel to our centers across the country
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor?s degree or equivalent experience required.
A minimum of 3-5 years of prior training and development management experience, with an emphasis on curriculum development, and both classroom and virtual instruction.
Prior experience and proven track record implementing Training & Development initiatives to support an overall corporate strategy.
Must possess effective training and leadership strategies, as well as strong knowledge of Adult Learning Theory.
Must have a strong leadership background, and the ability to motivate others.
Enthusiasm, a strong aptitude for training and effective coaching techniques a must.
Prior experience in the image industry; preferably with experience in product sales
Must have personal computer skills including: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and be familiar with the use of reporting tools.
Demonstrated ability to effectively assess training needs, design, develop and implement training to achieve desired training results
Ability to plan, organize, manage resources, measure results, and solve problems.
Excellent presentation and communication skills - ability to communicate verbally and in written form to all levels of employees.
