Job DescriptionUnder the direction of a Production Supervisor or other qualified Production Builder, the Production Builders main responsibility will be the assembly of medical devices and components using GMP guidelines while maintaining the production schedule. The Production Builder could also perform a wide variety of tasks and processes that are required to build, assemble, inspect, and package products in a controlled manufacturing environment using microscopes and small-handled tools. All tasks will be carried out in compliance with GMPs, Quality Manual, Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions and company standards.

QualificationsHigh school diploma and a minimum of one year experience in a medical device or similar company. The successful candidate will also need to demonstrate the following traits:

Ability to consistently maintain safety and quality standards.
The drive to develop and maintain a LEAN culture dedicated to providing the best results for our internal and external customers.
Continuously in search of ways to maintain the highest levels of productivity.
Ability to actively participate in a teamwork environment that maintains a high performance culture.
Ability to assemble product or components using small-handled tools and microscope for 2 hours at a time.
Must be able to successfully pass all job-related tests required to perform essential functions of the job.
Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time.
Must be able to read, understand and follow written and verbal instructions in English.
