Production Engineer VBrick Systems

Job Details:

Prepare and support sample code demonstrating SaaS product features. Codify frequent issues into documented or scripted processes.
Perform regression testing, beta testing of upgraded or new Product Features. Document required bug fixes, end-user feature improvements, and operations feature improvements. Develop and deliver Ad hoc reports in support of Sales, Accounting, and Customers.
Provide Customer support throughout the entire life cycle of implementation of SaaS solutions. Monitor and respond promptly to Customer
Tech Support Email and Phone inquiries.
This position requires on call support every other weekend.

Qualifications

Strong written and verbal communication.
Strong consulting and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in HTML, Java Script, AJAX, SQL.
Familiarity with RSS Feeds, XML, and Web Services, including REST.
Demonstrable experience with an object oriented language.
Familiarity with IP Network protocols such as HTTP, RTMP, HLS.
Experience implementing browser based applications and presentations for delivery on PCs and Mobile devices.
Experience writing customer facing documentation.

Desired Skills

PHP, Java, ASP .net.
Familiarity with Video/Audio encoding, CODECs.
Familiarity with Video Editing / Conversion tools.
Familiarity with Network Architectures, Single Sign on.
