PRODUCTION SPECIALIST:We are seeking a highly skilled individual with extensive hands-on experience in setting up multiple clusters and implementing Load Balancing, High Availability and Failover functionality. This position is open to either contract or employment as a full-time employee. Ideally, the person we are seeking is someone who has done big deployments dealing with Internet-scale (e.g. Google, Amazon, etc).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Linux Administration, security/cert management, user group management (user-specific security keys, two factor auth, )
Apache Server setup/configuration, security/SSL config, deployment
Tomcat Server setup/configuration, security/SSL config, deployment
IP Tables configuration
MySQL setup and security config
Amazon EC2 Server Farm administration/configuration/deployment (user access, high availability, load-balancing)
Production-level and large-scale deployment
Production-grade monitoring and management tools
Database replication and backups (MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server)
PCI compliance and audit tools
