Job Description
Develops and implements production, processing and packaging methods, equipment and controls to meet production and quality standards in the most cost efficient manner. Demonstrates knowledge in one or more technical disciplines (e.g. Optical, Electrical, Mechanical, Package, and Testing Engineering) and processes. Influences and advises management within the Engineering function
Job Duties
Production planning tasks of company's products
Technical trouble shooting related to equipments used in production
Monitoring production stability, yield, and take corrective actions when necessary
Process review and improvement
Participating in some R&D functions
Technical support and customer/supplier interaction
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering
Experience: 3 or more years Optical, Electrical, Mechanical, Package, Automation or Controls Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment. Project Management Experience.
Other: Preferred but not limited for computer skills: MS database, Matlab, Visual Basic, Visual C++, LabView, Solidworks or AutoCad
