About the Opportunity

We are actively seeking a qualified self-motivated professional Production Manager to ensure the efficient production of goods and services and right quantity, quality, and cost. Schedule and plan production activities and supervising the production process. This position reports to the Director of Operations.

The selected candidate must be a U.S. Citizen or have permanent resident status and should have a minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in the computer industry which includes experience in the oversight of an entire manufacturing process work flow.

The desired candidate will have demonstrated experience with factory automation software and have knowledge of embedded/image generator products.
Specific duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Overseeing the production process, implementing a production schedule; adjusting schedules as needed
Ensuring production is cost effective; Estimating costs and setting the quality standards;
Making sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality;
Working out the human and material resources needed; Selection and maintenance of equipment
Monitoring product standards and implementing quality-control
Liaising among different departments and suppliers, managers.
Implement company's policies and goals; Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed.
Supervising and motivating a team of workers; Reviewing the performance of subordinates; Identifying training needs

Knowledge, Skills and Ability:

Ability to operate in a systematic and logical manner.

Training and Experience

5+ years of progressive experience in the computer industry which includes experience in the oversight of an entire manufacturing process work flow.
