JOB DESCRIPTIONSummary of Functions:
Analyze reverse logistics supply chain operations as required by New Breed forecasting and planning objectives.
Essential Functions:
Coordinate with RMA Analysts for Order Releases, inventory levels/inventory shipment information to/from the Refurbishment department , production by repair vendor for supply vs. demand and constrained SKU reports
Weekly analysis of production, input for demand, supply, and capacity planning with corresponding development of a Master Production Schedul
Analyze forecasts for repair by utilizing historical data, usage, returns and expected changes to requirements based on the life cycle of the SK
Development and analysis of KPIs for demand and supply plannin
Schedule supply for specific area
Coordinate material usage (OEM and alternate source) with the Material Manager to ensure maximum cost reduction
Education and/or Experience Requirements:
College degree
Statistical Analysis
Applicable job-based certifications(CSCP certification a plus)
Computer hardware and software experience with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Access also Toad, Logility, WM Plus, Exceed, SQL
3-years experience in Supply Chain Management
