This position is responsible for the supervision and management of the assigned department(s) and employees. This position will manage and supervise the daily work performance of the employees including providing leadership, direction and training in the work duties, addressing disciplinary issues according to company policy and procedure, scheduling of personnel and partnering with Human Resources to meet hiring needs.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
High School Diploma or GED required
Advanced training in a technical discipline preferred
Minimum of 3-5 years supervisory experience required, preferably in a similar manufacturing environment
Demonstrated leadership skills handling a variety of production and employee related issues
Proven commitment to quality and safety within the workplace
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Reasonable English fluency (read, write, speak, follow directions) required
Computer proficiency (MS Office required, ERP experience preferred)
